I am interested to work with The Maharani Diaries, what do I do?

Welcome! We would love to hear from you. Contact us via the contact form on the Contact page. We will follow up with a general introduction email and a copy of our media kit. Our service is personal, so we like to hop on a phone call and have a chat with you before you decide on which package is best suited to your business. Once you have reached a decision, we send through a contract followed by an invoice. We require a deposit and prospective start date before commencement.

I am not based in the UK or Ireland. Can we still work together?

Yes of course. We are open to working with businesses near and afar.

How do you accept payment and what are the terms?

We accept PayPal or Stripe. Initially we require a small deposit and the remaining amount is paid over a few monthly installments. Occasionally we are open to negotiating payment terms, suitable to both parties.

Why do you charge what you do?

We value our clients and that’s why it’s important for us to be transparent with you from the beginning.

We know that there is always going to be something cheaper out there in the marketplace, but we offer full time support, a dedicated and reliable team guiding you along the way plus loads of value.

What will the styled photography shoots entail and how does it work?

Styled shoots are not only highly enjoyable, but the experience is incredibly rewarding.

The idea is to collaborate with wedding industry professionals to bring a collective idea to life. In a nutshell, it all begins with an inspiration board, budget planning, selecting vendors, developing goals and then a timeline of events.

The theme of the styled shoot is entirely up to you. Perhaps you would like to have a branded styled shoot, product shoot or you want to go full scale with an inspirational styled wedding shoot.

Location will be decided by The Maharani Diaries team and will take place either in the UK or in Ireland. Our personal photographer will capture beautiful styled photography for a total of 2 hours.

The overall purpose will be to inspire our maharani brides and couples to be.

What happens to the photographs after the styled shoot?

All vendors involved in the styled shoot will have access to the photographs for a limited time via Dropbox. These can be shared via your social media platforms, so long as you credit the photographer and The Maharani Diaries as well as all other suppliers who assisted on the day of the photo shoot.

The goal at the shoot is to have it featured in a well known printed or online publication and in turn on our own platforms.

What if I want to use my own photographer for the styled shoot?

We are open to suggestions for other photographers, however please note that we will not cover the cost for your own personal photographer.

What is a sponsored post?

A sponsored post is essentially a promoted feature about your business written by us, The Maharani Diaries. It includes links to your profile and business website and can be in the form of a blog post about a product launch, promotional offer, competition, event or announcement.

Our published sponsored posts will be featured on the website as well as in our monthly newsletters and via our social media platforms, providing your business with added exposure.

How do we proceed upon sign up?

Once you’ve signed the dotted line and the first invoice is paid, we will send out a welcome pack to you outlining timelines, deliverables and all necessary material required in order to set up your unique profile in the Little Book For Maharanis vendor directory.

Progress will be monitored during the duration of the contract and monthly contact will be made via email or phone call.


Do you need content from me before we get started?

Yes. Upon registration, we will ask you for a certain number of images and some written content about your business. We want to ensure that your vendor profile stands out and features beautiful imagery, attracting our maharani brides to be. Images will also be required for social media sharing purposes.

Can you help me curate my content?

That’s what we are here for! Good content is the key to attracting more clients to your profile. Our team can assist you at any time with editing or to create new content.

Do I have access to my vendor profile in the directory?

You certainly do. Once we set up your profile, we provide you with a detailed welcome pack outlining what exactly you need to do in order to access and maintain your profile over the course of your registration with The Maharani Diaries. Our vendor directory is user-friendly and you are more than welcome to make any necessary changes to your profile page whenever you want. If you need assistance though, we are here to guide you through every step.
