Once we book you in, I’ll send over a full proposal outlining the terms and the structure. We’ll have a full in-depth meeting and after this you have unlimited access with follow up phone calls, emails and messages.
Please note that all full, partial and coordination services come with access to a custom online wedding planning tool, on-the-day support, along with additional management of your actual event.

It’s time to sit down and begin the planning process. Let’s take away all the stress of planning and designing a wedding that best reflects you. We begin by putting a creative brief together, meeting with our teams and present our ideas to you. Budget, suppliers, venues and design concepts are not approved until you give us the thumbs up.
In the months leading up to your wedding, we will handle every single detail. From booking in suppliers, decorators, handling contracts, venue visits, managing your guests lists, suppliers and floor plans to run sheets, and on the day set up and pack down. We will even book in those last minute bookings such as dress fittings, final consultations with suppliers and calendar reminders for payments. This is just one of many tasks we look after for you.
You’ve booked your venue/venues, it’s now time to put the mood board together. The initial style consult begins with a one on one catch up to understand you and your style personality. It’s time for us to see those Pinterest and Instagram images, so that we can best fulfil the requirements of your dream wedding vision. We’ll then walk you through our design processes.
Upon booking, we will begin by putting the design concepts together. When you’re happy to move forward, we’ll create a look that best fits your vision and budget.
Once we lock in all the design elements, we will consult your venues and suppliers and provide regular progress updates. On the day itself, we look after the styling aspect only and ensure this is smooth and efficient.
*We also offer “petite styling” services, including on the day table styling.
Also known as on-the-day coordination. These services are designed for people who want to be fully present on their big day without having to worry about whether your suppliers know what they’re doing, whether the wedding favours have been placed on each place setting and well you get the idea. You might just need a little extra help in the lead up to your big day as well as on the day itself.
Let us take all the stress away in those final months as we check in with your venue and every supplier you have booked in. We basically begin with a consult and then figure out what’s left to finalize.
Partial planning or on the day coordination services are fairly extensive as we want to ensure on the day itself, the transitions are smooth and timely.
We will provide last minute vendor referrals, read through all your contracts, prompt you when final payments are due and iron out any details that are left to be organised. We give you the confidence that your wedding day will be absolutely flawless and run without any hiccups.
